The trend: "Invisible box challenge" is sweeping the internet these days and has taken the internet with storm. This trend went viral after a Texas high school girl posted a video on twitter perfectly executing the challenge.

Here's how it works: You bend over to pat an invisible box, pretend to step on said box, and hop over it with your other leg. Sounds simple enough, right? And when done right, it looks simple, too.
However, many people have tried the challenge and failed miserably and you must have seen or attempted it before coming to our trending blog. If you can't do it properly, there's a risk of hurting yourself.

There is reason why we can't master the challenge effortlessly as it defies the gravity in its basic action. The girl's body in the challenge seems to move in a constant acceleration like an projectile motion. Her 'invisible box foot' is stationary for almost 0.2 seconds which looks easy and astonishing but difficult to execute.
It's not only your legs which can be held responsible for getting it done properly as the whole body needs to work coordinately to execute the challenge properly. It has to be your glutes,core,back,shoulders and others muscles all allied because everything has to be lift up.You have to be strong enough with your quads and core game in order to get your jumping foot higher than the invisible box foot.




THE TRICK TO MASTER INVISIBLE BOX CHALLENGE



There is this small trick you can try for mastering the challenge by grabbing an actual box  in the room and try to perform the challenge on it. The key is to get the actual muscle memory while performing over the block again and again. Then, using this 'muscle memory' try to master it without the box till you boast of the challenge in front of your friends or social media. Good luck and be safe with the trick!
